Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

LifeMap™ is a personalized digital product created uniquely for each customer based on information they provide. Once work has started or the digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issues preventing delivery
• Error caused by us that makes the product unusable

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@futureprodigital.com with your order number and details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
